We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic and commercially minded Head of Operations to help take a growing manufacturing operation to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role with genuine scope to shape how the business operates. Salary is dependent on experience. Monday – Thursday 07.30-16.00, and 07.30-13.30 on a Friday. Permanent position in Camberley.
Job Description:
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Identify smarter, more effective ways of working and turn ideas into action.
- Lead Production, Planning, Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Use data and KPIs to drive performance and decision-making.
- Contribute to wider business strategy as a key member of the senior leadership team.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related field.
- Demonstrable success in improving efficiency, productivity and operational performance.
- Experience leading continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing, operational excellence and performance management.
