Job Description:
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the Category Director/Manager
- Maintain an active presence and monitor turnover across all major accounts
- Recommend and implement effective sales promotional activities
- Ensure sales costs remain within budget
- Develop and grow the businesses’ Category sales in Scotland
- Build strong relationships with Specifiers and Contractors, demonstrating product expertise and excellent communication skills
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building or construction industry
- Strong understanding of building or flooring products and their applications
- Demonstrated success in account management and business development of a minimum 3 years
- Full, clean, current and valid UK driving licence
- Travel to client sites when required
