This role is ideal for someone who excels in B2B sales, solution selling, and building long-term customer relationships across North East England Business Development Manager Permanent Up to £45,000 per annum + 10% Quarterly Bonus + £5500 Car Allowance Home Based, Field Based in North East Region Business Development Manager Job Description Manage and grow sales within the North East region through account development and new business generation. Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions for torque tools, bolting systems, and industrial equipment. Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts across multiple industries. Work collaboratively with internal departments including marketing, customer service, and engineering. Use CRM to track opportunities, customer activity, and sales pipeline.
