Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries and provide technical support by phone and email.
- Produce quotations, process sales orders and handle product queries.
- Oversee junior team members and assist with the smooth running of the office.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
- Manage priorities in a busy environment while maintaining clear and professional communication.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Possesses a high standard of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
