Job Description:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day quality function and act as the main point of contact for quality-related matters across the business.
- Work with production teams to identify issues, improve processes and ensure finished products consistently meet the required standard.
- Manage quality documentation and ensure procedures remain up to date and fit for purpose.
- Deal with customer, supplier and internal quality concerns, following issues through to resolution and putting preventative measures in place where required.
- Support audits and compliance activities while helping the business maintain the standards expected by its customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce recurring issues and introduce more effective ways of working.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Quality Manager or similar position within manufacturing.
- Experience working with a QMS and recognised industry standards.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and how quality can be maintained throughout production.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a practical approach to resolving issues.
