Are you an experienced B2 Engineer? Do you hold a relevant B2 license and a type rating or EASA license? If so, our client, an aviation service provider, is recruiting for B2 Engineers for their site in Carterton. The role will be based in Carterton and will include international travel. You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled and unscheduled avionics maintenance on aircraft.

Job Description:

  • Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled avionics maintenance on aircraft.
  • Assuming direct control of relevant aircraft.
  • Coordinating the ground movement of aircraft assigned by the Line Controller.
  • Certifying all servicing and maintenance tasks in accordance with their scope of approval.

This is a sponsored reservist position, based in Carterton with overseas travel.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience carrying out maintenance activities on commercial or military aircraft.
  • Holder of a relevant B1 or B2 License.
  • Holder of a type rating or EASA License.
  • Eligible for SC clearance.
