Role: Welder (TIG)\\n Location: Birmingham\\n Sector: Packaging and Process Solutions\\n Salary: Competitive Salary DOE\\nWorking Hours: Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm\\n \\nOwen Daniels Consultancy has engaged with a key client and an established Manufacturing company providing a wide range of services to the food industry, and high-profile clients. Due to team & project growth an opportunity has arisen for a Welder (TIG) to join on a permanent basis.\\n \\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nArrange, position, and secure components and assemblies as per specifications, utilizing a straight edge, combination square, callipers, and ruler.\\nAssemble, tack, weld, and flatten various parts according to the dimensions and specifications outlined in engineering drawings.\\nSelect appropriate equipment and welding techniques based on an understanding of metallurgy, geometry, and welding methods.\\nCreate templates and other tools to assist in holding and aligning parts.\\nEnsure the final products meet company standards and adhere to specified requirements.\\nConsistently adhere to safe working practice \\nKey Skills & Qualifications:\\n\\nMinimum of 4 years of experience in welding and fabrication.\\nIn-depth knowledge of welding techniques, with a strong focus on TIG welding.\\nMandatory experience working with stainless steel.\\nProficiency in reading blueprints and interpreting welding symbols and specifications. \\nIf you could be interested in the role as a Welder (TIG), please apply with your latest CV, Salary expectation and availability as soon as possible.
