We are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Payroll Administrator to join a busy food manufacturing organisation on a permanent basis. The HR and Payroll Administrator will provide comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. HR and Payroll Administrator Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm Northampton HR and Payroll Administrator Job Description You will be responsible for actioning the recruitment process using job boards, liaising with agencies, right to work check and trial days. Assisting with onboarding, inductions, payroll and any changes within the business. Maintaining the site’s time and attendance system, including setting up new colleagues to the system. Conducting investigations and data for disciplinary hearings. Absence management and completing return to works Assisting with payroll by preparing employee data, starters, leavers and contractual changes.
