Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Sales Development
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new clients and strategic partners to grow Oway’s footprint across the UK, Ireland, and selected EU & global markets.
- Lead market entry strategies in alignment with Oway’s long-term growth objectives.
Clients Relationship Management
- Build, nurture, and optimize long-term partnerships with existing clients.
- Ensure strong alignment with Oway’s brand values, commercial strategy, and sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth through detailed market analysis, performance monitoring, and opportunity identification.
- Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement and overperformance of sales goals.
Training, Support & Brand Excellence
- Provide clients with structured training, commercial tools, and marketing resources in coordination with Oway’s head offices.
- Guarantee that all partners uphold Oway’s premium positioning, sustainability values, and quality standards.
Reporting & Strategic Communication
- Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and regional progress to headquarters.
- Act as a key liaison between local markets and global leadership.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
