We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to develop their skills in customer service, operations, and business support within a dynamic international environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, supporting day-to-day operational activities, and collaborating with internal teams to help drive business efficiency and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Provide timely and professional support to customers and the sales team via email, chat, and/or social media.
- Handle customer and sales team enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and general requests.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal teams.
- Enter and manage customer orders within the company’s management system.
- Verify order accuracy and ensure proper processing.
- Coordinate and liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to monitor order fulfilment and deliveries, where required.
- Support daily operational activities, data entry, and internal reporting.
- Assist in identifying and improving operational workflows.
- Assist with the scheduling of social media and digital content in line with guidelines provided by the Head Office, where required.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Perform other related duties as necessary to support the business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree, or currently studying towards a degree, in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with digital tools and social media platforms
- Willingness to learn and collaborate across teams
