JOIN OUR TEAM

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion & Sales Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new clients and strategic partners to grow Oway’s footprint across the UK, Ireland, and selected EU & global markets. Lead market entry strategies in alignment with Oway’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Clients Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and optimize long-term partnerships with existing clients. Ensure strong alignment with Oway’s brand values, commercial strategy, and sales targets.
  • Sales Growth & Performance Optimization: Drive revenue growth through detailed market analysis, performance monitoring, and opportunity identification. Define and track KPIs, ensuring consistent achievement and overperformance of sales goals.
  • Training, Support & Brand Excellence: Provide clients with structured training, commercial tools, and marketing resources in coordination with Oway’s head offices. Guarantee that all partners uphold Oway’s premium positioning, sustainability values, and quality standards.
  • Reporting & Strategic Communication: Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and regional progress to headquarters. Act as a key liaison between local markets and global leadership.
