Ovyo is partnering with a global satellite communications leader on high‑profile European innovation programmes, and we’re now looking for a Programme Coordinator / PMO professional to support these exciting, multi‑partner initiatives. What you’ll be doing
- Act as the coordination backbone of strategic innovation programmes — ensuring structure, governance and delivery momentum.
- Coordinate multi‑partner European innovation programmes.
- Own PMO governance, reporting, RAID logs, actions and milestones.
- Support programme documentation, templates and best practice.
- Manage change requests and contract updates.
- Prepare and support partner reviews, steering meetings and reporting.
- Track actions, risks, decisions and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, procurement etc.).
- Support identification and setup of new partnership initiatives.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisation, follow‑up and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and partners.
- Confident preparing reports, minutes, trackers and dashboards.
- Interest in technology, innovation and space is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with public sector, institutional or government‑backed programmes.
