About Ovyo

Ovyo is a B2B services company providing flexible engineering team and talent services to the streaming (video/media), satellite and communications industries. In 2024, we merged with The Loop co., a Portuguese software services company, and now have 250+ engineers across the UK, India, Portugal, South Africa, Brazil, the US and Eastern Europe. Our people build the platforms that shape the way the world watches video and connects — working on a mix of long‑term customer engagements and fast‑paced consulting projects that rapidly accelerate both industry exposure and career growth. Ovyo is partnering with a global satellite communications leader on high‑profile European innovation programmes, and we’re now looking for a Programme Coordinator / PMO professional to support these exciting, multi‑partner initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting‑edge space and connectivity programmes while building your PMO career in an international, future‑focused environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as the coordination backbone of strategic innovation programmes — ensuring structure, governance and delivery momentum.
  • Coordinate multi‑partner European innovation programmes.
  • Own PMO governance, reporting, RAID logs, actions and milestones.
  • Support programme documentation, templates and best practice.
  • Manage change requests and contract updates.
  • Prepare and support partner reviews, steering meetings and reporting.
  • Track actions, risks, decisions and deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal teams (engineering, operations, finance, procurement etc.).
  • Support identification and setup of new partnership initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisation, follow‑up and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and partners.
  • Confident preparing reports, minutes, trackers and dashboards.
  • Interest in technology, innovation and space is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with public sector, institutional or government‑backed programmes.
