About the role:
We are seeking a Project Management Support professional to assist with the delivery and coordination of satellite programmes. In this role, you will support programme leadership in managing project governance, coordinating delivery activities, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of satellite programme activities across internal teams and external delivery partners
- Coordinate programme delivery activities across multiple stakeholders and technical partners
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and followed through
- Support programme governance, documentation, and reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Coordinate regular programme check-ins with the European Space Agency (ESA), capturing actions and ensuring follow-up
- Assist with budget tracking and financial oversight across programme activities
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting the delivery of complex technical or engineering programmes
- Strong understanding of traditional project management practices and governance processes
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, programme reporting, and project documentation
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across partner organisations
- Experience supporting programme budgets and financial tracking
- Experience working on satellite, space, or aerospace programmes
