Role Overview
The role will oversee the evolution of OVO’s flagship product, OVO Charge. Key responsibilities include ideation, scoping, validation of new features and products, optimising the UX through customer research, and contributing to team planning and prioritisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Product Managers, providing day‑to‑day advice, support, and career guidance.
- Accountable for timely and reliable delivery of own work and team work, ensuring key processes are understood, documented, and followed.
- Own and scale web and mobile products for B2C and B2B customers.
- Identify improvement opportunities using data tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and the data warehouse.
- Validate solutions with design and engineering to ensure problems are addressed with scalable solutions.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria, conveying complex tasks clearly.
- Engage with users to gather feedback on releases or prototype changes.
- Create a vision for owned products and scale them according to a roadmap prioritised by user and business value.
- Continuously improve ways of working to foster an efficient software development lifecycle.
- Work with design and engineering teams on business alignment and development of team priorities.
- Other related responsibilities may arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in an end‑to‑end role, owning projects from ideation to delivery.
- Experience leading a small team of Product Managers is desirable.
- Ability to autonomously manage and prioritise time and projects, driving vision even amid ambiguity.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and ability to adapt them to your environment.
- Experience across digital platforms—mobile (iOS & Android) and web—is essential; B2C experience required, B2B a significant plus.
- Experience with software products in the energy and/or e‑mobility sector is a plus.
- Capability to collaborate effectively within small, multidisciplinary teams and integrate diverse perspectives.
