OVO is seeking a Zero Carbon Living Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service across the lifecycle.
You’ll handle telephony queries, educate customers on Plan Zero, and connect them with suitable products and services for home decarbonisation.
The role is hub-based (Bristol or Glasgow) with flexibility to work from home.
Training requires 2 days in Bristol, with 2 days per month in squad thereafter, and travel within the 30 miles radius when needed.
