Key Responsibilities
- End to End Delivery: Lead the planning, procurement and logistics of high end commercial interior projects.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Onsite Leadership: Oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring programme, safety, and cost expectations are met.
- Compliance: Manage health & safety documentation and ensure strict adherence to building regulations.
- Continuous Growth: Contribute to project reviews to drive internal innovation and process improvement.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience managing commercial build or construction projects.
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and manage complex project programming.
- Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to lead diverse teams under pressure.
- Deep understanding of site coordination and UK H&S standards.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
