We make sure that, wherever estimation or judgement is required, our customer outcomes are as accurate as possible, demonstrating that our customers can trust us with their energy. Where we spot issues or misalignment between our revenues and our costs, we work to rectify this for our customers and to secure OVO\’s financial position.
