Description

Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, Germany, and Poland – and we’re just getting started. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future. Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible.

As a Clinical Delivery Senior clinical service Manager for Oviva Clinic, you will lead a team of clinical professionals to deliver exceptional patient care within NHS-funded pathways. Your role will bridge operational excellence with strategic impact by leading people, owning service delivery outcomes, supporting hiring and ramp-ups, and influencing strategic direction through active participation and eventual ownership of OKRs.

You will hold business accountability for key financial, clinical, and patient outcome metrics, acting as a visible, cross-functional leader who shapes service standards and contributes to Oviva’s broader mission. This is a developmental M3 role, designed for individuals capable of stepping into expanded ownership over time.

You’ll exemplify Oviva’s cultural DNA of being Humble, Smart, and Driven and foster this mindset across your teams.
