With strong foundations in place and ambitious expansion plans underway, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our UK hub. This is a role for an established recruiter who thrives in a high-performance environment and is motivated by both financial reward and long-term career progression. Recruitment at this level demands strategic thinking, resilience, and a consistent track record of delivery. Given our predominantly US-based client portfolio, this role operates on adjusted hours (10:00-19:00 Monday to Thursday, 17:00 finish on Friday) to align with international markets.

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within technology or a related vertical.
- Demonstrated track record of billing and consistent revenue generation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach.
- High levels of ambition, resilience, and personal accountability.
- Evidence of high performance, whether in recruitment, sales, sport, or other competitive environments.
