180 Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant – Technology – Year 1 OTE ~ £45k

Ovise is a dynamic and fast-growing technology transformation staffing partner. Since launching just 1.5 years ago, we’ve already generated 7-figures in GP and secured global accounts with some of the most exciting names in the industry. With strong foundations and ambitious growth plans, we’re now looking to expand our team with a proven Delivery Consultant.

This is an opportunity for our UK office. However, 90% of our clients are in the United States, so we operate a slightly shifted workday to better accommodate the timezone: 10 AM – 7 PM Monday to Thursday, with 5 PM finishes on Friday!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resourcing, engaging, and qualifying candidates for IT and digital transformation roles.
  • Building and maintaining strong candidate networks across niche technology markets.
  • Managing candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial approach to placement.
  • Delivering high-quality shortlists to consultants and clients with speed and precision.
  • Working on a steady flow of roles from established global accounts.

Our ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical or technology recruitment delivery (agency side).
  • A proven track record of candidate resourcing and delivery success.
  • Excellent communication and written English skills.
  • High resilience and a strong work ethic. Recruitment is demanding, and we want ambitious individuals who thrive under pressure.
  • A motivated, goal-driven approach, with the desire to grow your career as Ovise scales.
