We are searching on behalf of our client for this role.

We are seeking an experienced Program Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of digital products and services within a multidisciplinary Agile environment.

You will be responsible for enabling high-performing delivery teams, ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and execution of work that delivers value to users.

Working as part of a collaborative delivery community, you will lead one of several cross‑functional teams while contributing to continuous improvement across the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary Agile team through all phases of product delivery.
  • Break down complex programmes and initiatives into manageable, achievable deliverables.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Scrum and Kanban events to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery.
  • Identify, manage, and remove blockers that impact team progress.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, escalating where appropriate.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives, feedback, and the use of delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor delivery health using KPIs, velocity, burn‑up/down charts, and trend analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Build strong relationships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders, communicating progress, risks, and business value effectively.
  • Prioritize work and support backlog refinement to maximize value delivery.

Your Profile

  • 10–15+ years' experience in programme delivery, Agile delivery, project management, or application delivery.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex digital products within Agile environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and negotiate delivery outcomes.
  • Experience working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivery excellence.
