Within your #OneTeam, as part of the Operational Excellence team, the Health & Safety Engineer will support new industrial datacentre sites in their security policies and culture, in connection with the company's growth projects. Responsibilities include:
- Declining locally and following the action plans defined by the compliance and industrial risks teams.
- Defining and implementing awareness-raising and HSE training actions at Group level.
- Defining the HSE Europe roadmap to improve the security culture within the company by integrating the priorities of the group and sites.
- Developing and updating occupational health and safety risk mapping in close coordination with regions.
- Assessing and prioritising occupational and psychosocial risks and implementing associated action plans.
- Identifying and tracking the necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Supporting the regions and operational departments in Hygiene Management.
- Managing KPIs while raising awareness and empowering Operations Managers and teams.
- Defining, optimising, and updating processes, procedures, and instructions.
- Supporting HSE group projects.
- Defining security rules for the regions under its responsibility.
- Being responsible for the security aspects of new designs and defining the associated process.
- Formalising the HSE processes and procedures required for the organisation to operate and adapting them to the location.
- Setting up the HSE documentation and ensuring that it is implemented.
- Controlling HSE audits for its scope and creating the audit plan for the Europe zone.
- Defining and conducting HSE audits based on internal or external repositories.
- Conducting ongoing monitoring of safety and environmental regulations and legislation.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of ISO 45 001 and an international work culture in Europe.
- Autonomous and able to work in a fast and challenging environment.
- Open to the world; working in an international context is an important criterion.
- Holding a diploma in a technical field (mechanical, electronic etc.) with a double specialisation in security.
- Having successfully completed multi-site animation and management experience.
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in an HSE engineer position in an industrial company with an international scope and significant field experience.
