Within your #OneTeamDrive cross-function collaboration between teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Digital, to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution. Foster open communication channels within the team, creating a culture of transparency, mutual support, and shared accountability for success. Contribute to team knowledge sharing by documenting and sharing best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to campaigns. Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, ensuring their insights and feedback are integrated into global strategies while supporting their execution needs.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Mission 1: Global Campaign Strategy and Planning (30%) Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Events and Digital teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business objectives. Define campaign goals, target audience, messaging frameworks, and channel mix. Create project plans with key milestones and owners. Partner with regional teams to incorporate local insights and ensure global relevance.
  • Mission 2: Campaign Management (40%) Oversee the execution of global campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and activities across digital, social, email, and other channels. Work with the Creative team and agencies to develop and approve campaign materials. Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI.
  • Mission 3: Stakeholder Collaboration and Coordination (20%) Act as the main point of contact between global and local teams for campaign-related communication. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with the Digital, Marketing Ops, and Creative departments. Align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining consistency in global messaging.
  • Mission 4: Performance Measurement and Optimization (10%) Define KPIs and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools. Generate post-campaign reports and share actionable insights with stakeholders. Recommend and implement improvements to future campaigns based on learnings.
