Drive cross-function collaboration between teams, including Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Digital, to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign execution. Foster open communication channels within the team, creating a culture of transparency, mutual support, and shared accountability for success. Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, ensuring their insights and feedback are integrated into global strategies while supporting their execution needs.
Mission 1: Global Campaign Strategy and Planning (30%)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Events and Digital teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create project plans with key milestones and owners.
- Partner with regional teams to incorporate local insights and ensure global relevance.
- Oversee the execution of global campaigns, ensuring timely delivery of assets and activities across digital, social, email, and other channels.
- Work with the Creative team and agencies to develop and approve campaign materials.
- Act as the main point of contact between global and local teams for campaign-related communication.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with the Digital, Marketing Ops, and Creative departments.
- Align campaigns with local market needs while maintaining consistency in global messaging.
Mission 4: Performance Measurement and Optimization (10%)
- Define KPIs and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional and regional teams, ensuring collaboration and communication.
- Implement a campaign performance reporting, providing actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
- Deliver measurable improvements in campaign execution processes, including streamlining workflows and ensuring on-brand consistency.
