Role Purpose:
Join the team at Southampton Football Club as a Pastry Chef de Partie, creating and delivering high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods in a fast-paced, exciting stadium environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced pastry chefs seeking flexible, casual work during matchdays and major events at St Marys Stadium. Work alongside a professional hospitality and catering team, supporting premium matchday hospitality, conferences, events, and large-scale catering operations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie, Pastry Chef, or Chef in a fast-paced kitchen, hospitality, stadium, or events environment
- Strong knowledge of pastry preparation, dessert production, baking techniques, and food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy matchdays and high-volume service periods
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and stadium events
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and sweet menu items to professional standards
- Supporting matchday hospitality, corporate events, conferences, and catering operations across St Marys Stadium
- Assisting with food preparation, stock rotation, ingredient management, and kitchen organisation
- Maintaining exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Working collaboratively with chefs, kitchen teams, and wider hospitality staff to deliver outstanding service
