Role Purpose: We're looking for Retail Team Leaders to Join Southampton Football Club's matchday team within Front of House Retail, supporting fast-paced food and beverage outlets across the stadium. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced team leaders seeking flexible, casual work in a vibrant matchday environment. What We're Looking For Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service roles (stadium or event experience desirable) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment A positive, reliable, and team-oriented approach Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays Previous supervisory or team leader experience Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team during busy service periods What You'll Be Doing Leading and supporting retail teams during matchday operations Ensuring smooth service delivery across kiosks and retail units Providing excellent customer service and leading by example Resolving customer queries and supporting service standards Supporting stock control and maintaining retail presentation standards Operating tills and assisting with transactions when required Good to Know Pay rate: 16.23 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) 14.48 base pay.
