Role Purpose: Join the team at Southampton Football Club as a Matchday Chef, delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced, exciting stadium environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced chefs seeking flexible, casual work during matchdays and major events at St Mary's Stadium.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Line Chef, Chef de Partie, or Catering Chef within a fast-paced kitchen, stadium, hospitality, events, or venue environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure during high-volume matchday and event service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, matchdays, and stadium events.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to a high standard for matchday hospitality areas, corporate functions, and catering outlets.
  • Supporting kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy matchdays and events.
  • Assisting with food preparation, stock control, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
  • Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all food service areas.
  • Contributing to an exceptional guest and matchday experience at St Mary's Stadium.
