Content Moderator to join the team and help us keep our modding platform safe, engaging, user-friendly, and fun.
As our Moderation Maestro, you'll take on various responsibilities - from ensuring the quality of all content on our platform, to assisting authors with questions and enhancing the overall user experience.

- Ensure the Curse Forge project library maintains high standards of quality, appropriateness, and safety.
- Review, approve, reject, or provide feedback for mods and addons while adhering to content, EULA, and To S policies.
- Provide regular daily and weekly reports, maintaining open communication with HQ.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Support, R&D, and QA, to address daily operational challenges.
- Respond to creator inquiries via multiple communication channels.
- Proactively enhance both the front-end and back-end project uploading processes, and develop assistance guides and how-to articles.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- At least 1 year of experience in the user support field.
- Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Strong communication skills, demonstrating patience and a "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Native-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a track record of independently driving projects to completion.
