We are seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team as soon as possible for a minimum of 8 week period. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility and enhancing the patient experience.
Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes.
- Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, rescheduling, and confirming patient visits.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient enquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
