You’ll lead our content engine and drive the marketing programs that support revenue growth - from thought leadership programs to ABM initiatives, events, activations, and sales enablement. You’ll work with internal experts to turn insight into commercially powerful content, manage production through internal and external teams, and activate everything across the channels that matter. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working with global clients across various regions (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).

What You Will Do
  • Work closely with the Overline leadership team to understand their growth ambitions, current market and competitive position, brand proposition and differentiators, and co-create an appropriate marketing strategy to meet those goals.
  • Translating the marketing strategy into actionable marketing plans and delivering on those plans using available resources (internal and external partners).
  • Management of outsourced partner for TFAR production and social media amplification assets, and working with internal teams to recruit the podcast guests.
  • Managing PR conversations both direct with journalists and via Goodway PR agency.
  • Managing the yearly events calendar including budgets, and team allocation for attendance.
  • Managing thought leadership/publishing calendar in conjunction with the leadership team, including playbooks and whitepapers ensuring consistent, high-quality output.
  • Manage content production through internal and external writers, designers, and partners to deliver high-impact, insight-led outputs that drive engagement, support commercial goals, and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Management of our website (updates to content, SEO and lead tracking).
  • Management of our social accounts including creation and trafficking of social assets to support our outbound engagement of ICPs across LinkedIn, YouTube and our Podcast channels.
  • Working with the GM to build and manage the yearly marketing budget, tracking spend throughout the year and reporting on this to senior leadership.
  • Measurement and reporting on the effectiveness of our marketing strategy and plans, with quarterly reviews with the leadership team on key metrics and growth impact against plans.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, brand guidelines (including all creative assets), and sale enablement materials including presentations and pitch materials, case studies and one-pagers.
  • Support ABM efforts with tailored content, messaging, and engagement materials for priority accounts.
  • Assist the GM and new business development team with managing key industry partnerships such as ISBA, WFA and ANA.
  • Continually seeking out ways to improve the effectiveness of our marketing strategy and brand positioning.
  • Key tent pole events planning and management in conjunction with external partners, the BD and practice team leads.
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with global multi market exposure.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage content production projects and event activations, influence stakeholders, and deliver to deadlines.
  • Experienced managing internal and external writers, designers, PR partners, and freelancers.
