Your new role
The Product Manager, Enterprise Information Architecture (EIA), is responsible for leading the product management activities for our EIA solution within metaphactory, one of our main Digital Science strategic directions. They will work in close collaboration with other members of our product development team (including developers, QA & UX) in order to shape, design, prioritise, and launch a high-quality product, as well as to work on development opportunities for the existing portfolio in order to solve real business problems for our clients and users. The Principal Product Manager, EIA, will also work closely with our client community to ensure client needs are embedded at the heart of our development processes. The Product Manager, EIA, will be working on the scope, prioritization, and launch of a new solution to help customers solve challenges around Organizational Alignment, Complexity, and Compliance Risk. This role will report to the Product Director Enterprise. The Enterprise market segment team is focused on the development and improvement of product market fit for Life sciences, High tech and Industrial customers. In this capacity, they will need to have working knowledge of all the Enterprise segment’s products, in order to facilitate cross-team collaboration where relevant.

What you’ll be doing
- Strategy & Vision
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Enterprise Information Architecture solution, aligning delivery with revenue growth, customer value, and competitive positioning.
- Use data insights, customer feedback, and market research to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
- Prioritise features and initiatives based on impact, value, risk, and urgency, and clearly communicate trade-offs and rationale.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs, analytics, and user feedback, and drive continuous optimisation.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform positioning and direction.
- Best Practices
- Act as the product subject matter expert, building trust and confidence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clear visibility on roadmap and development plans to stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership.
- Define and track success metrics and regularly report on product performance and outcomes.
- Apply pragmatic product management frameworks and methods suited to the context and constraints.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through delivery, launch, iteration, and retirement.
- Define and validate requirements and maintain high-quality product artefacts (PRDs, epics, user stories).
- Ensure delivered features meet business and customer needs through strong validation and collaboration with Engineering and QA.
- Drive effective cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, UX, and commercial teams.
- Product Discovery, Data-Driven Customer-Centric Development
- Lead customer-centric discovery through user research, client conversations, and collaboration with UX.
- Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to gather feedback, identify pain points, and prioritise improvements.
- Engage directly with customers and prospects (meetings, site visits, workshops) to validate needs and solution fit.
- Ensure product quality and compliance requirements are embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
- Support successful product delivery and adoption by working closely with Customer Success and support teams.
- Contribute to product documentation, training, and webinars to increase product understanding and usage.
- Support go-to-market activities including product demos, RFP/tender responses, client meetings, and events.
What you’ll bring to the role
- Proven experience in software product management across discovery, delivery, and launch.
- Strong track record solving complex product problems with multiple constraints, balancing risk, impact, and feasibility.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment using modern product management tools and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presentations and stakeholder management.
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously in fast-changing environments.
- Comfortable adapting priorities and plans as requirements evolve.
- Demonstrated interest in industry trends and emerging technologies.
Domain Knowledge
- Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Information Architecture concepts.
- Familiarity with business/IT alignment challenges and complex system landscapes.
- Awareness of compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g. EU AI Act, DORA).
- Experience with data processing, schema metadata, and scalable data onboarding approaches with minimal manual mapping.
- Exposure to data catalogues, data mesh, or data fabric architectures (nice to have).
- Experience with data governance practices.
- Knowledge or practical experience with knowledge graph technologies.
