- Help coordinate communications around company campaigns, product launches and people‑related announcements.
- Track engagement and gather feedback after communications and events to help the team improve over time.
- Day-to-Day Support
- Manage inbound requests from teams who need communications support, helping to triage and prioritise workload.
- Keep internal resources and documentation up to date, including intranet pages and comms toolkits.
- Learn how to handle sensitive communications with care and discretion.
- Support company‑wide activities such as all‑company announcements and All Hands decks.
What you’ll bring to the role

- A genuine enthusiasm for communication and for understanding what makes people tick.
- Organised and dependable; able to keep track of multiple tasks and meet deadlines without being chased.
- Comfortable using digital tools such as email platforms, intranets or project management software (training provided), and working with AI.
- Hungry to learn, open to feedback and keen to grow quickly.
- A positive, can‑do attitude and the confidence to suggest ideas even early on and work closely with those senior to you.
