Overland Shoes is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing across three footwear brands operating in the workwear, safety and activity-led footwear space. This role reports directly into the COO and plays a key part in driving growth across ecommerce, wholesale and distributor channels. You’ll take ownership of marketing strategy and execution for Strike Footwear (an Overland-owned brand), alongside Dickies Footwear and Bobcat Safety Footwear (licensed brands).

  • Bobcat Safety Footwear – a performance-led safety and workwear footwear brand (licensed)
  • Dickies Footwear – lifestyle and performance-driven safety and workwear footwear (licensed)

The Role

You’ll own the marketing strategy across all three brands, balancing brand-building with trade and performance-led marketing to drive demand, support sell-through and strengthen brand presence in-market. Working cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Sales, Wholesale, Product, distributors and agencies, you’ll act as the central marketing lead and the primary point of contact for licensor relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Brand & Marketing Strategy
    • Develop and own the marketing strategy for all three brands
    • Ensure clear positioning, messaging and tone of voice
    • Deliver annual and seasonal plans aligned to Overland’s commercial objectives
  • Ecommerce Marketing
    • Partner with Ecommerce and Trading teams to drive traffic, conversion and revenue
    • Lead ecommerce campaigns, launches and key trading periods
    • Oversee paid, organic and CRM activity (directly or via agencies)
    • Optimise performance using data and insight
  • Wholesale & Distributor Marketing
    • Deliver trade marketing that supports sell-in and sell-through
    • Create partner toolkits and assets for wholesale and distributor channels
    • Ensure brand consistency across markets and partners
    • Align activity closely with Sales priorities
  • Campaigns & Execution
    • Lead seasonal campaigns, product launches and brand moments
    • Brief and manage creative, content and external agencies
    • Oversee digital, social and trade-facing content delivery
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Manage and allocate marketing budgets across brands and channels
    • Track performance and ROI with Ecommerce and Sales teams
    • Use insight to inform planning and investment decisions
  • Licensor & Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary marketing contact for Dickies Footwear and Bobcat Safety Footwear
    • Manage licensor approvals, brand compliance and licence requirements
    • Ensure all marketing activity meets brand guidelines and licence agreements
    • Coordinate internal teams and agencies to deliver approved, on-brand work

  • Proven marketing experience within footwear, fashion or consumer goods
