Overview

Overherd is a fast-growth sustainability focused oat milk start-up with a mission to reduce packaging and waste. We are looking for a customer experience specialist to join our small but growing team. If you love oat milk, helping people, and thrive in a startup environment, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for our customers, problem solving and making every interaction memorable.
  • Listen to what our customers are saying, track feedback, spot patterns, and share insights that shape our direction as a brand.
  • Keep our online orders running smoothly, from tracking deliveries to liaising with our logistics partners to ensure customers receive their oat milk.
  • Keep our help centre fresh and useful, updating FAQs, guides, and handy templates so customers can get quick answers.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes or provide simpler, slicker customer support.
  • Engage with the community at events, tastings, and pop-ups to share the oat love and build relationships.
  • In a small team, contribute across areas as needed, including operations and marketing.
