Whether it’s leading floor walks with some of the UK’s biggest luxury brands, working with our head office teams to manage your store's stock package, or running training sessions to increase your team’s product knowledge, with Frasers Group, no two days are ever the same. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee a team of Retail Supervisors and Sales Advisors within your store, driving commercial success and contributing to company growth.
Job Description
- Commercial Expertise: Be accountable for the commercial success of the floor or department and drive store performance. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects. Analyse data and key performance indicators to make informed commercial decisions and drive KPIs. Seek feedback from the store manager and plan and implement changes as appropriate.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and inspire a team of retail supervisors and sales advisors, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive store performance. Work closely with the store management team and oversee the day-to-day running of the store in their absence. Be a Frasers Nambassador and represent the company to our brand partners, external stakeholders, and senior leadership teams. Support the training and development of Supervisor and Sales Advisor team.
- Operational Efficiencies: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Use business communication tools to oversee completion of tasks and ensure your team understands all key functions. Control stock movement, run accurate store audits, and implement visual standards to company guidelines.
The Person: High level of personal energy to drive projects to completion. Positive and motivational management style. Confident and assertive. Trend aware, fashion conscious, and well presented at all times. Resilient to challenges, able to think fast and come up with solutions.
The Requirements: Proven experience in a management role leading a team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment is essential. 1 year experience in a leadership role working within Fashion retail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
This is a full-time permanent contract of 45h per week working 5 days over 7, including evening and weekend work. We are looking for full flexibility across the working week.
