This role supports the Shop Manager and team in the day-to-day running of the Overgate Hospice Furniture Shop in Brighouse, helping to create a welcoming and successful retail environment where income targets are achieved and every sale makes a difference to local hospice care. Provide positive leadership and hands-on support to staff and volunteers, encouraging teamwork, building confidence, and ensuring everyone feels valued, motivated, and supported to contribute to the shop’s success.
