As a Senior Case Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for all query and dispute escalations, so you’ll be adept at written and verbal communication, and really want to help our customers.

Coaching our Case Administration team will be a huge part of your role, and you’ll really support and assist them with hitting their individual targets. As you’ll step in when the Team Leader is absent, you’ll be a strong team player and really want to make a difference.

You’ll be able to draft legal documents, agreements, legal letters, and other correspondence, along with proof read letters and emails. We know all of our customers are unique, so you can expect lots of variation.

What we are looking for:

  • Thoroughness and close attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and to meet the deadlines.
  • Ability to make fair, consistent and objective judgments.
  • Litigation experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience of dealing with customer and client account queries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience coaching/mentoring is desirable.
