Overclean Ltd is experiencing huge growth and looking for Ventilation Maintenance Technicians to join our expanding Service Team.
As a Ventilation Maintenance Technician, you will spend your day installing/cleaning air filters and removing exhausted air filters from ventilation systems, conducting air testing, carrying out site surveys and reporting any defects including Fire Dampers.
Working in teams of two, you will visit sites throughout the UK. A company van is provided, you may be required to work away from home, and company expenses will be covered.
Full training will be provided with opportunities paid for by the company to achieve NVQ Level 3, followed by ongoing support. We are looking for people who are practical, mechanically minded and have an aptitude to learn, whilst working as a team.
A full clean driving license is desirable.
Each day involves working in a wide variety of locations providing vital services to hospitals and the healthcare sector, gyms, courts, stores and hotel chains within the leisure industry and various high-profile large-scale sites throughout the UK. All successful candidates will be DBS checked in order to carry out works on schools and care homes.
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
