Our OTC desk is the institutional on/off-ramp at the centre of the platform. It handles large-ticket crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto execution for clients across iGaming, payments, brokerage, fund administration, and corporate treasury, with deep liquidity, same-day fiat settlement, and the institutional standards our clients expect.

The Role

We are hiring an OTC Trader to join the desk. This is a client-facing, execution-led role with ownership of a book of OTC counterparties. You will quote, execute, and book trades directly with clients, own the relationships across that book, and grow flow over time.

You will sit on the desk, work alongside the senior traders and the desk head, and be the day-to-day point of contact for your clients across onboarding, execution, settlement, and account servicing. You will operate on your own book within the desk's pricing framework, with senior traders and the desk head owning broader desk strategy and risk.

This is a meaningful seat at a fast-growing business at an institutional inflection point for digital asset settlement. The right person will see the runway and want to grow into a senior trading seat on the desk over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Quote, execute, and book OTC trades directly with clients across crypto-to-fiat, fiat-to-crypto, and stablecoin flows.
• Own a book of OTC counterparties day-to-day, including execution, settlement, and ongoing servicing.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across the book, understanding each counterparty's typical flow, asset preferences, and trading rhythm.
• Work closely with senior traders and the desk head on larger or more complex tickets, escalating where appropriate.
• Coordinate with operations, treasury, and compliance to ensure trades settle cleanly and on time.
• Support onboarding of new counterparties alongside the desk and compliance team.
• Maintain accurate trade records, client activity tracking, and desk reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a client-facing execution or account management role on an OTC desk, FX desk, prime brokerage, or institutional trading function. Crypto-native OTC experience strongly preferred; strong TradFi candidates from FX, prime, or commodities backgrounds will also be considered.
• Direct experience quoting, executing, and booking trades with institutional or professional counterparties.
• Working knowledge of crypto market structure and liquidity, including major venues, stablecoins, and how OTC sits relative to exchange execution. TradFi candidates will be expected to demonstrate genuine interest and a credible learning curve.
• Strong attention to detail. You understand that trade and settlement errors are expensive, and you operate accordingly.
• Comfort under time pressure. OTC is real-time, and the desk runs at the pace of the client.
• Commercial instinct. You see a book of clients as something to grow, not just service.
• Strong communicator across written and verbal, able to handle institutional clients with the polish they expect.
• Self-directed and organised, able to operate independently on your own book inside the framework the desk sets.

Nice to Have

• An existing network of OTC counterparties or institutional contacts that can be activated.
• Exposure to payments, settlement, or treasury workflows alongside trade execution.
• Familiarity with institutional custody, blockchain analytics, and KYB onboarding.
• Background working with iGaming, brokerage, or fund administration counterparties.

• Base salary of £50,000–£80,000 depending on experience, plus a generous uncapped commission and incentive scheme. OTE typically £100,000+, with significant upside for strong performers.
