The Role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to own and grow Overchain's partner network across financial services, payment service providers, and adjacent sectors. This is a client-facing, externally focused role - you will be the face of Overchain to our partners and prospects, responsible for maintaining strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, representing Overchain at industry events, and ensuring that partners are well-informed about our current and upcoming products and services. This role sits at the intersection of sales and partnerships and is well suited to someone who is commercially driven, thrives in relationship-led environments, and has a genuine passion for fintech and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop Overchain's network of partners across financial institutions, payment service providers, fintech firms, and adjacent sectors.
- Identify, engage, and progress new partnership and sales opportunities in line with Overchain's commercial strategy.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Overchain and expand its presence in target verticals.
- Maintain regular, proactive contact with existing partners to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Keep partners and prospects fully informed about Overchain's current products, services, and upcoming roadmap developments.
- Work closely with the product and leadership team to ensure all external messaging is accurate, compelling, and up to date.
- Maintain clear records of pipeline activity, partner engagement, and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial services sales, partnerships, or relationship management.
- Background in payments, FX, fintech or crypto are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services.
- A natural networker who is confident at industry events and can represent a brand credibly and enthusiastically.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear, accessible language for a range of audiences.
- Self-directed and organised, with the ability to manage a pipeline and external calendar independently.
- Genuine interest in digital assets, crypto payments, and the broader evolution of financial infrastructure.
