The Role As HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team across Overbury and Morgan Lovell, helping to deliver efficient and effective people processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Business Partners, Head of HR, Resourcing Manager and Early Careers team, ensuring a high-quality service is delivered across the business.
The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling confidential information.
You will contribute to a variety of HR initiatives, support employee engagement activities and help maintain the systems and processes that underpin our people function.
