We’re looking for a social first - video led creator to help us bring our projects, our people and our impact to life. If you love turning ideas into sharp content and you know how to make audiences feel something, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
- Create standout video led social content
- Lead concepts from idea → script → shoot → edit
- Capture high quality footage with mobile/light kit
- Turn your hand to create impactful graphic social assets
- Produce Reels, Stories, Shorts and carousels
- Spot trends early and adapt them for our brand
- Turn complex topics into clear, compelling stories
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years creating organic social content
- Strong video skills (shooting + editing)
- Knowledge of paid social formats
- A sharp eye for design and storytelling
- Confidence guiding people on camera
- Curiosity, organisation and a collaborative approach
Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut
