The Position
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same, including:
- Working independently or as part of a team to help manage and maintain our period properties.
- Responding to day-to-day reactive repairs and maintenance issues, including plumbing issues, water leaks, carpentry repairs and investigations.
- Carrying out cyclical pre-paint repairs.
- Assisting with the monitoring and maintaining of our private water supply, including weekly checks.
- Helping maintain the high standards across our properties and facilities
About You
You may have experience as a site carpenter, Handyman or General Maintenance Technician with a range of skills:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a supportive team
- Practical and solutions-focused, with a positive can-do attitude
- Friendly, approachable and professional when working with tenants and colleagues
- Committed to excellent standards, particularly around health and safety
- Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys a varied working day
- Trustworthy
