We are an award winning 65 place children's day nursery based in Romford, Essex. A stone's throw from Romford Station. We have been trading for 10 years and pride ourselves on the care we provide for our children and their families and the support we are able to provide them all.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursery Manager located in Romford. The Nursery Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursery, including managing staff, ensuring a safe and secure environment for children, implementing curriculum, and maintaining compliance with all regulations. The Nursery Manager will also engage with parents, handle administrative tasks, and promote educational and developmental activities to support the well-being and growth of the children.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Nursery Management and working within a Nursery setting
- Strong understanding and implementation of Safeguarding and Safeguarding Children practices
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, staff, and parents
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
