I’m currently supporting a PE-backed, high growth data centre business as they continue to scale their operations across the Nordics. As part of this growth, they’re looking to hire a Senior Financial Accountant, Norwegian qualified, to support their Group finance function from London, with a specific focus on Norway. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business operating at the intersection of digital infrastructure, energy and AI ready data centres, with strong investor backing and ambitious growth plans across Europe.

The Role
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, you’ll take ownership of the Norwegian financial operations, working closely with both local and central stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and oversight of financial reporting under Norwegian GAAP
- Month end close, reconciliations and financial controls for Norwegian entities
- Supporting group consolidations
- Managing and coordinating the audit process for Norway
- Liaising with local advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting ongoing process improvements as the business scales
About You
You’ll be a technically strong accountant either with direct industry experience or looking for your first role out of Practice. Key requirements:
- Norwegian accounting qualification, such as:
- Strong working knowledge of Norwegian GAAP
- Experience supporting audits and statutory reporting
- Comfortable working in a fast growth, PE-backed environment
- Able to operate cross border, supporting Nordic operations from the UK
- Experience in infrastructure, energy, real assets, or complex asset heavy businesses is advantageous, but not essential
