Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding contract-related performance issues, keeping them informed of intended and ongoing action.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on variance to contract commitments, preventing recurrence.

Ensure all contractual obligations are clearly documented, measured and monitored; offering assurance to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure regular reviews of contract performance with customers and internal teams to ensure all contract commitments are met, identifying and informing our Commercial team of additional revenue opportunities.

Foster strong, positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.

Experience in contract management and administration.

Familiarity with tender preparation and proposal development.

Proven track record in managing client/customer relationships and resolving contract-related issues.

Ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Ability to prepare and present detailed performance reports.

Familiarity with best practices in contract management and resolution.
