Au sein d’une équipe expérimentée, vous transformez les RTU du groupe en solutions applicatives opérationnelles pour nos clients industriels et utilities.
Vous prenez en charge l’intégration, la configuration, la validation et la mise en service des applications RTU, tout en garantissant qualité, conformité et satisfaction client.
Vous contribuez également à la livraison des projets : analyse des besoins, spécifications applicatives, coordination technique et communication avec les clients.
Le rôle combine expertise technique, compréhension des environnements OT et capacité à livrer des applications robustes, documentées et conformes.
Responsibilities
- Prendre en charge les sujets techniques liés aux applications clients : intégration, support à l’implémentation, validation de nouvelles fonctionnalités, maintenance et évolutions.
- Contribuer à la validation des produits RTU : définir et exécuter les tests, assurer une couverture adéquate, documenter les résultats.
- Revoir et clarifier les besoins clients, identifier les contraintes OT, cybersécurité et site.
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques : architecture, protocoles, mapping, scénarios, exigences de tests et documentation.
- Contribuer à la construction et à la mise à jour du planning : lots, jalons, dépendances, définition du “done”.
- Suivre l’avancement (qualité, délai, périmètre), gérer les risques et proposer des plans de mitigation.
- Gérer les changements : analyse d’impact, arbitrages, re priorisation et mise à jour des engagements.
- Piloter les réunions et la communication client : statuts, comptes rendus, décisions, gestion des attentes et des priorités.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe Sales pour analyser les besoins clients et définir la solution RTU la plus adaptée.
- Expérience de projet : besoins → plan → exécution → recette/acceptation, incluant une dimension client (coordination à minima ; idéalement ownership complet).
- Expérience en automatisation / systèmes industriels et/ou développement logiciel, idéalement dans un contexte d’implémentation et maintenance de fonctionnalités.
- Expérience en validation/tests (cas de test de complexité moyenne à élevée) appréciée.
- Sensibilité cybersécurité (SDL, IEC 62443, concepts de tests de sécurité) appréciée.
- Solides compétences en planification et coordination : jalons, dépendances, suivi des risques et des issues ; maîtrise d’outils projet (Jira/ADO, MS Project ou équivalent).
- Capacité à produire des spécifications structurées, gérer un backlog, définir des critères d’acceptation et assurer la traçabilité exigences tests livrables.
- Capacité à analyser un besoin client et à contribuer à la construction d’une offre technique en collaboration avec le département Sales.
- Connaissance des technologies web : HTTP, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
- Connaissance en programmation (ex. BASIC, C#, C).
- Connaissance des protocoles industriels / Io T : OPC UA, DNP3, IEC 60870‑5‑101/104, Modbus, MQTT.
- Anglais professionnel, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
