As part of continued growth and development through 2025, an exciting career opportunity has arisen with a niche London Wealth Management Firm. As specialist Wealth Advisors to HNW & UHNW clients, they provide complex, bespoke advice to a range of high-profile individuals & families from the world of sport, music, entertainment & business. They pride themselves on combining an exceptional personal level of service with the use of modern practices, technology and innovative ideas.

This role will involve working closely with financial / wealth advisors, helping them manage client relationships, and maintaining an exceptional level of personal service. You will need to be highly organised, work well in a strong team-oriented environment and be comfortable liaising with colleagues and clients via phone, virtual meetings and in person when required.

Specific role duties will include:

  • Preparing client meeting documentation, presentational material, files and illustrations.
  • Obtaining up to date client portfolio details, valuations and transactional information.
  • Helping consultants prepare for annual reviews, and supporting in meetings when required. Taking action point notes and ensuring implementation is carried out as agreed.
  • Ensuring client records are updated, checked for accuracy and have all supporting correspondence.
  • Processing all new business applications; chasing third party providers, updating clients on progress and resolving any delays or queries.
  • Processing fund switches, transfers and withdrawals.
  • Acting as a professional personable point of contact for clients.
  • Helping organise diaries, meetings etc.
  • Being willing to continually develop new skills and take advantage of study support, training and mentoring to help advance your knowledge and career.
