Senior Pensions Administrator – DB Schemes
Location: London – Pay: £35,000 – £45,000 / Flexible Working & Excellent Benefits Package.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical pensions administration services to a portfolio of clients, calculate and make payments of scheme benefits.
- Train new staff members and help less experienced team members develop knowledge and understanding.
- Check and authorise other team members’ work.
- Apply benefit structures, trust deed & rules and pensions legislation.
- Support the Administration Manager to help the department meet deadlines.
- Handle queries from HMRC and DWP; liaise confidently with clients, scheme actuaries and other third parties.
- Maintain compliance checks and ensure the team works to legislative requirements.
- Answer technical queries from members by phone, e‑mail and letter.
Requirements
Previous experience in DB Pensions Administration and a desire to grow both technical knowledge and supervisory skills.
