A leading UK Financial Services Group offering Pension & Investment Consultancy services to many of the UK’s largest Companies and schemes is looking to recruit into their expanding and continually developing Pension Administration Team. The team provides award‑winning technical Defined Benefit Administration services in a friendly, supportive office culture where every member has the opportunity to contribute and feel part of a successful team.

Responsibilities- Provide technical pensions administration services to a portfolio of clients, calculate and make payments of scheme benefits.
- Train new staff members and help less experienced team members develop knowledge and understanding.
- Check and authorise other team members’ work.
- Apply benefit structures, trust deed & rules and pensions legislation.
- Support the Administration Manager to help the department meet deadlines.
- Handle queries from HMRC and DWP; liaise confidently with clients, scheme actuaries and other third parties.
- Maintain compliance checks and ensure the team works to legislative requirements.
- Answer technical queries from members by phone, e‑mail and letter.
- Previous experience in DB Pensions Administration and a desire to grow both technical knowledge and supervisory skills.
- Strong training and development programmes, qualification sponsorship, flexible working, excellent benefits package and opportunities for career progression.
